1.  A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT (EITHER THE SAME OR EQUIVALENT) WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF OUR RECEIPT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
2. IF A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, THEN THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED.

What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the products which you purchased from the Innovation Factory.

How long does this coverage last?
This warranty lasts for as long as you own these products.

What will Innovation Factory do?
We will replace any defective product at no charge.

What does this warranty NOT cover?
Any problems that are caused by modification or unreasonable abuse or misuse are not covered.

What if a replacement product is no longer available?
If the product is no longer available, then the purchase price shall be refunded.

How do I get warranty service?
If something goes wrong with your Innovation Factory purchase, send it postage paid to the following address. A replacement product (either the same or equivalent) or a refund (if no replacement is available) will be returned to you within two weeks of our receipt.
